Silver Plated Teapot by Oscar Tusquets for Officina Alessi, 1984

This silver plated teapot was designed by Oscar Tusquets in 1983 for the “Tea & Coffee Piazza” project from Alessandro Mendini, started in 1979. 11 artists designed for this project. The designs were manufactured by handcraft techniques in an edition of 99 copies in 925/1000 silver. From 1984 the service by Oscar Tusquets was also available in a silver plated version.
We offer you this silver plated teapot with a wooden inlay. It is complete with the original glass lid.
The teapot is in very good condition, with normal signs of age and use. It is complete original.
