Set of 4 Selene Chairs by Vico Magistretti for Artemide
Set of 4 Selene Chairs by Vico Magistretti for Artemide
The Selene chair was designed by the Italian architect Vico Magistretti for Artemide in 1968. During the 1960s, designers were experimenting with materials. They tried to find a way to make a chair in a single moulding to reduce manufacturing costs and enable versatility and stacking. The Selene chair succeeded on all fronts. The whole chair could be moulded as one, only the black feet are attached later. The S-shape cross section gives the legs stability and stackability.
We offer you a set of 4 white chairs, all in very good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use.
The price is for the set.
