Oxford Chairs by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen

The Oxford chair was created in 1965 for the professors at St Catherine’s College at the University of Oxford by Arne Jacobsen and manufactured by Fritz Hansen. A symbol of prestige and status, the high back and smooth, curved form were crafted to invoke a sense of space and privacy.

The soft leather in walnut colour is very nice and timeless. The 5-star swivel base is in satin polished aluminium. The armrests are made of brushed inox.

The chairs are in great condition. One chair has a discolouration on the seat, as you can see on the pictures.
