Italian Art Deco Sculpture by Manna Torino

This beautiful ceramic Art Deco sculpture is marked: C.I.A. MANNA TORINO “SORRISO AFRICANO” N391.
The cross-legged seated, semi-nude woman holds an oval tray in her lap, her smiling face upturned.
Her black hair is pulled back in a low bun.
Her vivid orange skirt is ornamented with a black and yellow flower pattern.
She wears gold bracelets as well as earrings.
This sculpture is in good condition, there’s missing a chip on the right side of her skirt (see detail picture).
