An absolute classic, and one of the Eames’ best-known designs.
The molded fiberglass chair was born out of a chair originally designed in metal for MoMA’s International Competition for Low-Cost Furniture Design in 1948.
In 1950 the material was changed to fiberglass.
This chair in beige-brown is authentic, the stackable bases included, the white gliders are new.
They are produced by Herman Miller and distributed by Vitra in Europe.
This chairs is good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use, It is marked.
