Chiara Floor Lamp by Mario Bellini for Flos

This sophisticated Chiara floor lamp was designed by Mario Bellini in 1964 and manufactured by Flos in 1967.

Mario Bellini is one the most distinguished Italian designers. His design solutions are characterized by a sophisticated sense of form and proportion, an innate respect of the properties of the materials used and a commitment to practicality.

This Chiara floor lamp effectively sculpts a single flat sheet of folded stainless steel into a column and diffusing hood.

This lamp is in very good vintage condition, the white enameled interior is missing some very small chips and there’s a little dent in the hood. This lamp with brass detail is a special edition.

The Chiara is out of production.
