Chest of drawers by Florence Knoll

Very early chest of drawers designed by Florence Knoll and produced by Knoll international in 1949. It is a minimal statement completely shorn of ornament. The combination of the light birch wood with the fine black metal feet is extraordinary. The upper drawer has a drop down door with a white formica inside.
This chest is a very good original vintage condition, the original label is still on the back side.
