Amazing FUN 4 DM by Verner Panton for Lueber

Verner Panton designed in 1964 the Fun Series for Lueber, Switzerland.
The Fun lamp is a rare example of how Panton used natural materials for his creations.
It resulted originally from a game with light and silver paper.
The shell discs ring when moved by the wind and create a warm, diffuse lighting effect.
The Fun lamp represents the psychedelic athmosphere of the 1960s.
This rare pendant lamp FUN 4 DM is an old production by Lueber.
The white lacquered and laminated wooden plate has to be fixed on the ceiling. Thousands of chains are fixed on this plate and hold the shell discs to create an amazing spherical lamp.
This lamp is complete, cleaned and in very good condition.
