Aggregato Pendant Lamp by Enzo Mari
Aggregato Pendant Lamp by Enzo Mari
In 1976, the Italian architect and designer Enzo Mari collaborated with Giancarlo Fassina to create the Aggregato series for Artemide.
The name Aggregato is a reference to the geometric shape and the extreme versatility of the series with various ceiling and wall lamps, as table and floor lamps. The lamps are available with different plastic or metal shades: conical or spherical.
We offer you this pure pendant lamp with a conical shade in gray-brown metal shade. The counterweight is made of plastic. We love the pure design of Enzo Mari, created with simple materials. Let the detail pictures convince you.
This pendant lamp with counterweight is in very good condition, with normal signs of age and use. All our lamps are cleaned and checked, so ready for use. The total length of the cable is 260 cm.
Enzo Mari can be considered a real ‘Homo Universalis’. Besides being a designer and architect, he is also a graphic artist, a poet and an art theorist. In an ironic way Mari states that there are already enough furniture on the market. That is why he does not necessarily want to make beautiful things, but especially sustainable and affordable designs. Putting his own influence into perspective, he asks himself what went wrong when one of his designs became a commercial success.
