8 Costes chairs by Philippe Starck for Driade
This famous chair was designed by Philippe Starck for the Café Costes in Paris in 1984. It is a study of an armchair that takes the space of a chair. The chair was designed with only 3 legs to make it more easier to wait on the table without waiters tripping on the legs.
These chairs are a combination of walnut plywood back, a black leather seat on black enameled tubular steel legs. The chairs are gently used and still in very good vintage condition.
The chairs are labelled, signed and dated 1993.
