This ROLEX MILITARY POCKET WATCH can be dated in the 1940s.
It is Swiss made and in good working order.
The dial is in white enamel with black coloured numerals and hands with sub-dial and marked Rolex Swiss Made.
The movement is fully jewelled with a Swiss lever escapement clean with a good strong tick keeping good time and marked Rolex 15 Rubies Swiss Made Cal 548.
The back cover is marked to the outside with the military crows foot and with B 4666. This number is also on the edge of its case.
The inside of the back cover is marked Rolex 31 Records Universels Geneve Suisse.
It is button wind and set.
The dial and dial glass are clean and clear and free from any chips or cracks.
The case is clean and bright and has worn as to its age with both the front and back covers screwing down nice and tight.
It measures 50mm excluding. Please note it is not missing its top ring as this watch never had one fitted.
