These Diamond chairs were designed by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International and manufactured by De Coene in Belgium in the 1950s.
It was Charles Eames who motivated the sculptor Harry Bertoia to design a chair, the result was a set of different wire chairs produced by Knoll International.
Bertoia turned industrial wire rods into a design icon: transparent and comfortable.
These chrome plated Diamond chairs are in very good authentic condition, with normal signs of age and use. They are authentic from the 1950s, produced by the Coene.The price is for the pair.
