This Lem lounge chair was designed by Joe Colombo in 1964 for Bieffeplast in Padova, Italy. due to its similarity to a spaceship it was called Lem in honor of Stanislaw Lem, the author of the novel Solaris.
This chair has a white lacquered pressed metal frame and the back is covered in white leatherette. The cushions are made of white leather.
This chair is in good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use.
